Innoseis was one of four of science-based startups to receive a prestigious €100k proof of concept grant from IXA, the Amsterdam Innovation Exchange. The grant was awarded by Neelie Kroes during a ceremony in Amsterdam’s Science Park on May 26. Ms Kroes is the Dutch government’s envoy for startups and the leader of Startup Delta, an organisation focused on championing the startup ecosystem in the Netherlands.
Innoseis plans to use this funding to demonstrate the feasibility of advanced communications protocols for its TremorNet seismic sensing system. The integration of these protocols will enable TremorNet to deliver even greater flexibility and operational benefits to energy companies during their exploration and production efforts.
